Captain Spoopy BonesDoldrick's Escape RoomEscape roomIRLVery high tech room with loads to do. We were a team of 2 and have actually done this room twice (4 years apart). First time we were a long way from escaping, second time we only just managed it. It’s a fantastic room, theming is brilliant and there’s lots of unique features that you might not see anywhere else. It is a tough room, but the staff are friendly and helpful and will if they can, they will usually add a little extra time on the end if you need it. Would recommend for all levels, due to the uniqueness of it.

UI-55CompendiumEscape roomIRLLoved this room! Alex the owner was super friendly and enthusiastic and gave the right clues at the right time. This room was HUGE! We were a team of 2, and managed to escape, but it was the sort of room that we could go back and play again. Without giving too much away, it wasn’t just about escaping, but collecting treasure, meaning that we didn’t actually solve all the tons of puzzles, so we could go again and again. So much to do and each puzzle completely different, so something for everyone. Would definitely recommend. Some good tech in the room too.

Non-linear and lots of puzzles running at the same time so something for everyone to do. Almost too much for a team of 2, but we just about managed it. Would definitely recommend!
Outatime - Through the DecadesEscapableEscape roomIRLA solidly ok escape room that got progressively better as we moved through the puzzles. Special effects were good and the staff were friendly. Only downside is that the clue system is a walkie-talkie, and my personal preference is via a computer/tv screen, but that might just be me. We drove for over an hour to get to this one. I’m not sure whether we will return to play the others or not.
The Satirical Miracle: A Jolly Tale Of Granny's BlackmailThe Escape VenturesEscape roomIRLLoved this room! It was a Christmas themed room and even smelled like Christmas! Admittedly it was quite an easy room (team of 2 and we escaped within approx 35 mins), but completely loved the story behind it. Would definitely recommend for a family or beginner group, or those people just interested in a well-themed Christmas room!
CurioEscapologic NottinghamEscape roomIRLA very difficult room, with puzzles that for us didn’t seem to flow or make much sense. We are experienced escapers, but this one we just didn’t get. The room itself was unique (I won’t spoil it!), so I’m glad we did it. But it was hard to tell when we had solved a puzzle as there was a lag between us doing something and the desired effect, presumably because we were waiting on the GM pressing a button?? Several times we asked for clues and received radio silence - this must have wasted 5 mins of game time. If I’m honest I wouldn’t recommend this one.
The Video StoreDare 2 EscapeEscape roomIRLAnother fantastic escape room from dare2. We were a team of 2, and there was A LOT to do, but we did it and thoroughly enjoyed it. This was wasn’t scary (don’t let the ‘dare 2’ name/theme put you off). Theming was outstanding again and it was good fun. Game master Miles was fantastic and gave the right clues at the right time.
