Sister's SecretThe Unlockables - San DiegoEscape roomIRLOverall we felt the puzzles were more tedious than fun, or feeling like they were logically contributing to the narrative. The story of the room was also confusing, and although we got the gist by the end, it left us feeling like it was just not very well thought out or integrated into most of the room. There were a few fun and interactive puzzles that we enjoyed though so it could have been worse.
Wizard's Treasure60Out HollywoodEscape roomIRLVery fun game and a beautiful room! Rachel was a great GM and gave our 3 person team some good advice to work on the puzzles together. The puzzles were fun, creative and immersive. The one drawback is that the puzzles were not very complicated and seasoned teams will have very little trouble escaping. If you're experienced; would say it is fun in small teams, but just know you're going for the experience.

The gm also didn't step in to assist when we asked for assistance with the puzzle and instead opted for a vague suggestion which lead to a lot of wasted time. I dislike when finicky tech is treated like a 'feature' to be solved. Not a bad room but also wouldn't be among our favorites.

Jurassic EscapeEscape the Room Los AngelesEscape roomIRLAVOID AT ALL COSTS. the room is in such bad shape it's about 90% broken. It was likely once fun but is in such a poor state that puzzles are 1st generation or non functional. Apart from one anamatronic it was a total disappointment and not worth your money. There were issues with onsite restrooms as well, it was a total mess, and based on what the employee said the other rooms all have problems too due to poor managment and maintenance. They said it has been like this for a long time, very sad.
