This room has some moderate to easy puzzles. Would definitely recommend this room to beginner or intermediate players. Room played linear. Loved the last puzzle as there were consequences for solving the puzzle incorrectly. The theme played out nicely throughout all of gameplay.

Theme was very on par with the Harry Potter theme it was going for with each house. Appreciated how puzzles were organized in that way as well. Definitely enjoyed the use of technology especially for the final puzzle, yet I’ve had that same puzzle break down on a friend who did the room at a later time. Would recommend for the beginner to intermediate player.

Lots of physical activity involved which I loved. Room was one of the biggest escape rooms I’ve done. Puzzles were fairly easy to medium difficulty. Sad to say the room has closed, as I would have recommended it to any beginner or intermediate level players.

Fun room! Loved how the group was split up and met back together. It offered a different dynamic than previous escape rooms I’ve done in the past. There were also many unique puzzles as well that I never saw before. Definitely on par with the Harry Potter theme. Would definitely recommend.

The theme of this room was spot on! Loved the start of the room along with the use of props and technology. We finished a little over half an hour with a seasoned group of players. Not the hardest or easiest room but definitely fun.

Played this room because of Groupon. For the price of the Groupon, it was well worth it. Although props were fairly old and one puzzle did breakdown on us, the game master made it up through his constant interaction with us. Loved how the game master kept character all throughout and interacted with us on a regular basis. They were nice of us to let us finish the room after time went out since we were one puzzle away. Would definitely recommend this room for those booking through Groupon.

I wanted to like this escape room but was sadly disappointed. Having done a horror escape room before. I was more scared from the intro video then the actual room. Customer service: My friends and I were there on a bachelor party trip. We had 2 additional players added to our group to our surprise thinking we had booked a private room. There was no prior notice that we would have strangers join our group or that they would take multiple parties for the game. Additionally, prior to the game starting they swapped out our original game master for another. This new game master ran into our room during the middle of the game to turn on some lights. That was an unpleasant experience, as it ruined the mood of the game. It showed how the room was not reset properly. Gameplay: Our game master had reiterated multiple times that the puzzles in the room was not linear. This pretty much made solving the puzzles easier with this understanding. There was also a point system introduced which made the game a little bit more interesting, but I was not a fan of it. The puzzles, however, were only moderately challenging. We escaped the room in a little under half an hour and were disappointed at how fast the experience went. Overall, I did not enjoy this room at all and would not recommend it even with the Groupon.

Decided to play this game for my bachelor party and I loved it! Particularly the involvement of players in some of the props and story line. Puzzles were not too difficult but the scare factor did play a role in us taking us longer to finish the room. No live actors but be weary of jump scares. Would love to try another room with Mission Escape Games.

Wasn’t as scary as I thought it would be. Had a lot of challenging puzzles especially one of the bonus puzzles which has to be one of my favorite puzzles of all time. The room played fairly linear and we were able to spend a fair amount of time on the bonus puzzles. Would definitely recommend this room!

Fun game and a great room for beginners. We played this room with many seasoned players and finished fairly quickly. Puzzles were linear and straightforward. Some were a little more challenging. Would definitely recommend for those who have a handful of escape room experiences if not none.
