There was also a personalized scavenger hunt for our nine year old that he did in addition to helping on the room. If you are in the area, Do Ghost hunters !
The TavernEscape On QueenEscape roomIRLA fun room if you have a big group of people. We had a hard time getting out with players that were seasoned escape artists. The room isn’t super high tech, but has a some neat tricks up its sleeve. Definitely a hard room.
CLUEBreakout GamesEscape roomIRLThe clue game was fun for everyone in our group. There is a great mix of puzzle solving,finding things and fun chaos in this room. There was some frustration with some of the puzzles that involved multiple colors but the experience was still enjoyed
The Harry Houdini TrapThe Fifth Wall Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLThe room that started great but ended with blah. The opening video got us all excited but then elements of the room like hard to use buttons, old locks and hard to hear audio detracted from the experience.
The Great Railway RobberyEscape Room NoviEscape roomIRLThe room could have been more fun. There were issues with doors unlocking but not opening and quiet audio clues that were missed, so the team spent a few minutes triple checking or asking for clues only to be told to try to open an unlocked door. Also the game had more elements than we liked where we knew that puzzles existed, but we could only find some of the pieces. At one point of the game we had five partial puzzles waiting for pieces.
ContagionThe Escape Room USAEscape roomIRLLocks. OMG locks everywhere. The theme of the room was great but OMG so many locks. The other puzzles in the room were great. We also needed several nudges as to where to look to proceed on the room.
