Escape Room Tbilisi
Escape room
IRL
There just weren’t enough puzzles and too much just finding objects within the room without any directive. This room might be better suited for kids. As a tourist, it’s also quite far from everything else in Tbilisi. With that said, the game master was very animated and silly and owners were very nice and accommodating.

The room was very fun and terrifying. There is a live actor who is very scary and will abuse you. I had so much fun but I’d advise against this room if you don’t like being scared or not comfortable getting pushed around/lightly electrocuted. Beyond that, the puzzles were fun and the room is well designed.

Fantastic room with great production design. Most of the puzzles were high tech— just a few first gen. Definitely do this room. It’s one of the better ones.

The Ultimate Escape Rooms - Marina Del Rey

This room is brand new and yet it feels dated. It’s a very basic room, with neither great puzzles or great atmosphere. Our GM was very friendly and enthusiastic but didn’t love the room itself. Sorry.

Absolutely loved this room. Such a thoughtful design and a great balance of puzzles. The owners are extremely pleasant and put so much love and attention to detail in the room. It’s interactive, weird and fun.

I didn’t especially care for this room. Although the set design is very cool, the puzzles themselves I found pretty subpar. Just felt like all the resources went into the room design and not into the game itself. The story doesn’t make sense and the puzzles weren’t intuitive or intellectually stimulating. There were large sections of the room when I felt bored, which is an extremely rare occurrence for me. Also one of the puzzles wasn’t working. The GM was a great guy though so points to that dude.
Amityville

While this room might be good for someone’s introduction to escape rooms, I can’t really recommend this room. There just simply weren’t enough puzzles. The ambiance was well designed and spooky but that’s about all the positive I have to say about it. Also, our GM was kinda apathetic and rude. Also, the lighting is very dark so keep that in mind if that’s an issue for you
A Strange Thing

This was a fun room with challenging puzzles. Most of them were first generation but they were still well designed. Though some of the atmosphere was a bit basic, it was still very cool to be in the stranger things universe.

What an incredible escape room. The design elements of the room coupled with the quality of the puzzles was top notch. There is some crawling around that is necessary as a warning but it was so fun. I’d call this a must do escape room.
The Haunting Of Hyde House
Gatlin's Escape Games - Downtown Gatlinburg

I did not like this room unfortunately. Having seven people in here was incredibly cramped and there just simply was not enough things to do for everyone to be engaged, especially considering there is one tiny book that progresses the room along. There’s also handful of color based puzzles but they’re so faded that it’s nearly impossible to tell what color is what. This room would’ve been better with three players at most but cannot recommend it if it’s any more crowded.
