Dreadful. Broken, fiddly props meets absentee game master meets red herrings meets unclear win states. This room allegedly holds 12, yet it barely has enough for 4 people. Poor clueing, red herrings, and inadequate lighting pad the runtime. The setup for the game is thin, and it’s never really made clear what the goal is. Definitely avoid.
Debilitatingly linear. So many choke points. Left many players bored, frustrated, or playing admin.
Generic Sherlock set. One prop was interesting, but it felt out of place. It’s mostly laminated paper and traditional locks.
GM was absent many times when needed for sanity checks due to faulty locks and props. When asking for direct clues, she wasn’t knowledgeable about the room or our status. It was deeply frustrating.
No
Basically nonexistent. We had no sense of motivation, and we had no idea what the win condition was.
Hard
Hard mainly because of poor clueing and low lighting.
Mechanical

6 was too many. Can’t believe they’ll let 12 be in the room at once.
Not scary
Yes
Several stuck locks, one janky prop, GM having no authority to help us without calling the owner.

Somewhat
Some will have to crawl, though there are workarounds.
Low lighting throughout. One color puzzle. Awkward crawl space.

I enjoyed the theatrical part of Sherlock Holmes before entering the room. The room itself was pretty tough. The GM was trying to work two different rooms at the same time, and often wasn’t there when we were stuck. That took away from the experience. If that hadn’t happened I think I would have liked the game more.
