Very high production values, but way too many puzzles for an hour, including audio puzzles and a video game section that stretches time out towards the end of a long room. Very linear, to the point you’re wasting your time if you’re touching something not on the current puzzle. Answers not signposted to the next component well. Not recommended for 2. If a great escape room makes you feel smart, this room makes you feel really dumb.
The puzzles were really linear. You’d solve a puzzle, but not know what you did and where the answer goes next. I have a pet peeve against audio puzzles - listening to a loop over and over just wastes time.
Incredible props and custom set that really puts you in the theme.
No
Plot was tied into the overall theme of the center. As a first time participant, a lot of that went over our heads but was relevant for one late-game puzzle.
Expert
So hard. They told us you had to solve a puzzle every 2 minutes to say on track. Not recommended for 2.
High tech
Lots of stuff to push or pull, but practically every puzzle had a tech element to it.

Definitely the best room at ClueQuest and, arguably, the one where the story is the least superfluous. This is the last room I played at CQ and the first time I understood that mr. Q is actually a mouse, because, for once, it is relevant. The gist is that you go through a shrink ray to reach mr. Q's office. So the room is beautifully decorated with all manners of over-sized toys, gadgets and tools. Compared to their other rooms, it relies much less on keeping track of which codes you haven't found, which locks you haven't opened etc. In fact, it only has one lock and key puzzle, where the lock and key are appropriately sized, hehe. It actually flows good for two players because it is quite linear, and doesn't stretch your attention span quite as much as the other rooms. It is advertised as harder, but we actually performed better on it in terms of hints needed, compared to say, Revenge of the Sheep.
