Kevin Taylor is holding his wife Jessica Taylor hostage. The local authorities have called us in for assistance with negotiations and the safe retrieval of Jessica. The entire city is experiencing a power outage making the whole situation worse. Our mission is to get Jessica and arrest Kevin with the least amount of resistance. Their daughter Amber will be in the situation room with us to aid in the deescalating of Kevin. We will need to listen to her because she does have insight on how her father thinks and acts. She has also lived in the neighborhood her whole life. Her knowledge is invaluable.
