What a cute and creative concept for an escape room! My team and I had a blast as we got swept away into the 1950s and 60s for this experience! A great mix of mechanical and technical tricks that correlated perfectly with the storyline. If you get cold easily, bring a light sweater as this game does take place in an ice cream shop. Probably my favorite game at D2E that I’ve played so far! 🍦

Very fun room and the set design was great like all the other rooms here at Dare2Escape. All the aspects of this room were fun. It is however on the harder side. We did this room with just 2 of us and it was pretty difficult at certain points. It’s also a 75min room.

Most people really seem to love this room, but it was way too small for me and jam packed with so much to do that it was incredibly difficult to turn around and keep track of your clues. If the space was better, this would have been an amazing experience.

I loved this room. The set was exactly what I expect a 50’s ice cream shop to look like. It was fun and whimsical. The soundtrack kept me be-bopping around the room. The puzzles were challenging and there were a few puzzles that we over thought and made harder than they needed to be. The GMs were a lot of fun and by the end of our day they were like friends (we played all their games back to back)

All the staff were fun and welcoming. We spent the entire day here (we played all their games back to back) and the staff made us feel very comfortable and like friends.

There were a few elements I had never seen before and it could have been that we were tired and mushy brain by the time we played this room but there were some challenging elements.

The story tied in with the rest of their rooms, but it was a bit loose and a little more far fetched than the other rooms

This is a smaller space so I’d recommend no more than 4 in a group. The theming was cute and it had some good puzzles. There was one that we got stuck on that was really clever and we kicked ourselves for not getting it without a nudge. Shoutout to the owner and staff. We had a wonderful time playing all seven of their games yesterday.

After having played all of Dare’s games, I think this would be my third place overall, the set was great, there were some good puzzles and some unique stuff. I liked how immersive it was, from the temperature to soundtrack to all the rest of the little details. It’s evident that a lot of thought was put in this game, and that translates to all elements of the game
