You are standing in the empty lobby of Blackwood Manor, a grand old hotel in the idyllic town of Lake Placid, Upstate New York. A fierce storm is raging outside. Ten years ago, the former owners Laura and Edmund Blackwood disappeared without a trace. Visitors to this town have been mysteriously vanishing ever since, especially during the Harvest Moon each Fall. Some believe the manor is haunted, others say that strange rituals are held there every full moon. A very cool room, great set design, nice puzzles. Not too scary or spooky, but a nice theme and all the puzzles made sense within the theme. Escape with plenty of time left with 3 people, so not really too hard if experienced. But still, very enjoyable.

Cool room, more spooky then scary. Good mix of high tech and mechanical puzzles. We played with the live actor but you could play without and it would make 0 difference to the story and experience.
