This room was interesting to say the least and not the experience we were expecting. We were given an iPad as our hint system with QR codes around the room to scan, but the hints given to us were not helpful, as it only rephrased what was already in the room. Actual hints that helped guide us to the answer would have been helpful. Our time was up and we didn’t escape, but we were then forgotten and played for 20+ more minutes before finally calling for help. They seemed surprised we were still in there and came in to show us the end of the room, that they didn’t even seem to know the answers to some of the puzzles. As we entered the lobby, our GM was at the front desk on his cell phone and said “oh you got out?” proving to us he was paying no attention to our time in the room. A weird experience overall and a lackluster room with confusing puzzles, no story at all, and a team that doesn’t pay attention to their clients.
