Game had a lot of hype so we were a little disappointed. The game/puzzle malfunction 3x and we didn’t know if it was a mistake or not. Game master never said anything and didn’t even notice. She also mistakenly pushed a button so a puzzled was solved. With the malfunction, we didn’t know what the next puzzle would be.
Didn’t flow well due to malfunctions.
Game master wasn’t really paying attention to the game. Accidentally let a clue open when it shouldn’t have. Didn’t even tell us that’s a mistake. Another clue opened, and I asked if that was supposed to happen, and then ended up giving up another clue that wasn’t asked for.

We requested the Halloween version in July and they made it happen for us! The actors did a great job! We felt that they really put 110% into acting out the story line for us and making it a unique experience. They even left a creepy gift for us to find on our way home! The puzzles were fun and the set was cute. It was spooky but not super scary.

Such a great room! The ways to get the keys are so fun! And even though you may finish with one prop doesn’t mean your finished in an area… so keep your eyes open! Really cool ways to ask for hints, and if we hadn’t been so enthralled with the immersive experience we would have made the leaderboard as a 2-player team!

Creepy room that has some good puzzles and keeps to its theme. I felt as if it got a bit choppy at points. Very good design. Would recommend.
I thought it was good but felt a bit choppy at spots.
Great atmosphere

I thought it was interesting. Some different puzzles.
They kept to the one eyed Jack story well….why did his sister poke his eye out as kids??

Immersive start! I scare easily so the start of the room really got me. A spotlight was used to guide your way which was unique. One small malfunction which the games master fixed quickly and gave us 25% off our next room.

We went in as a team of three two of us have done multiple escape rooms before and the other attempted one prior. Neither of us have ever been to Trapped!. We took a shot at “One Eyed Jack” and we were able to complete it in 40mins. They spun a story about a serial killer and totally ran with it. The puzzles were integrated in with the story fairly well. The atmosphere was dark and a-little creepy. All in all my team enjoyed the room. Also the game master was friendly and the main lobby was clean and slick it was very minimal in a good way. My team will definitely be visiting again to try out there other rooms.
The story was pretty good and the puzzles were pretty linear.
The atmosphere of the room was great dark and spooky.
The staff was friendly.

There were some puzzles and aspects I thought were very cool.
The story and the puzzles were well integrated.
Medium
It wasn’t to difficult and the puzzle master would give hints along the way even though we didn’t ask for them.
Mechanical
Most of the puzzles were mechanical in nature.

I would say around 3-4. It’s very dark and you wind up sharing a light source.
Not scary
It wasn’t really scary but it did have a creep factor.

The story revolves around a murderer so I would say 15 and up would be fine.

It seemed like everything was in a working order.
Yes
1 in the very beginning but the appearance was very short.
Somewhat
It wasn’t very physically active but there was one section that you have to crawl. I’d say that’s the extent of it.
It should be fine for most. If u are unable to crawl then there is a work around if at least 1 person in your party can get through the section. Other then that there shouldn’t be to much issues.

Great room! Very good atmosphere and some really unique puzzles we haven’t seen done anywhere before! Some non-linear stuff that kept a group of 6 pretty well occupied. We had a great time!
“Lighting choices and small details in the environment made for a compelling spooky atmosphere.“
“It puts you into a real-life immersive setting which is why most of us play escape rooms. “
