34 escape rooms
Lots of locks and random clues. Some locks were open or broke so they were essentially open. This resulted in incoherent nonlinear play where clues didn’t make sense, they were done already, and solving anything was very difficult. An escape room should be more than a box with pictures on the walls and some props with locks and clues.

Was anything broken?
Yes
Locks failed, giving up keys and clues that caused unnecessary nonlinear branching. At the end, employee came in to say, yeah, this breaks often and when it does, the game moves too close to the end without clues to finish it making it nearly impossible. Help was read by and employee called and responding with an iPad.
