Super friendly staff but I’d recommend this room if you were in the area and their other rooms weren’t open. It doesn’t have high-tech construction or solves that one’s in the city often have, but for Collingwood it’s fine to scratch that itch. Their other two rooms are definitely better, this one felt lacklustre. Note that you need to book online, no walk-ins.
Everything worked, very linear (only one solvable puzzle at a time), very average room (was one room full of locked boxes and cabinets with combo locks).

The very beginning and the very end of the room we’re connected to a story. However the solves/clues done throughout were independent of the story
Main difficulty was there sheer amount of stuff in the room to absorb. Once you figure out the one puzzle that you can do at that time it’s not too difficult
Small-ish room, much more than 3 and there wouldn’t be much to work on at any given time
Was a dark room with writing on the walls but nothing scary beyond that
