Decades ago, this seemingly-pleasant neighborhood toy shop attracted children from all over town. When parents started reporting their children missing with the toyshop as their last-known location, the shop was closed, abandoned, and never re-opened. The toymaker, Martin Underwood, vanished… Never to return. Today, you and your friends have discovered a key that opens the toyshop door… will you be the ones to discover what happened to the missing children? Or will you suffer their fate? You have one hour from the moment you step into…Red Door Toys.

This room was fun in concept and thoroughly creepy, but the room is pretty old and some of the triggers were broken. It was a bummer but they still had some decent puzzles that required good thinking, and our GM was nice.

I have been wanting to do the Red Door Toys room for a couple of months now and I finally got to yesterday morning. Our game master was Evan and he was a super chill guy, funny too. The room is small but uses its space super well! Creepy vibes all the way but my partner and I really enjoyed it. Our only problem with the room was some of the locks on certain cases got switched with others so they would not open.

Room wasn’t reset properly and that caused multiple issues. Some puzzles didn’t make much sense.

It’s unfortunately was one of the worst experiences I had for a game room. We probably came at the wrong time? GM was bouncing up and down. Too many customers with only one person dealing with the game. We asked for clue for the last one only to be ignored due to the fact the GM was busy resetting other game? Thus, we were left hanging for a while. So, I just pushed the emergency exit and look for the game master to offer us a clue. But, that really killed the game experience.
The gameplay is disjointed and awkward at best. There isn’t a clear way to tell whether we solved the clue or not to the point that the game master has to chime that we have solved the clue.

Super small room but fun nonetheless! The second room was a little plain and could’ve used a little update. Our game master was really funny though!

This room is small! So anything over 3 the room will feel super cramped. I enjoyed this room’s puzzles especially if you’re looking for a challenge. :) I do think the second room could use a little renovation because it was a bit bland but still fun nonetheless!

It’s the kind of game that makes sense towards the end. The puzzles weren’t too challenging except one might required outside knowledge. I wouldn’t say the atmosphere was bad, but you can tell it’s pretty homemade. It’s definitely better than their other game and it’s still worth trying it if you’re in town.
