Minimal theming, nothing really said 7 dwarfs. We solved one puzzle not knowing we were missing part of it, leaving one lock untouched. One puzzle was finicky. Lots of notes telling you what not to touch. Our team of 2 breezed through it. Neverland at this location was much better.

Did this with a rookie and a one timer. We loved it. Had a great time. I’m not sure why the reviews aren’t better. We all really had a great time
It was fun! Made sense
Love this place. Family owned nice rooms with lots of stuff
GM was great! The girl that greeted us seemed a little frazzled but who knows what was happening

It's been two years since we played, but illogical solutions to the puzzles are the reason for the rating. This may have changed since we played.

I’ve played 17 rooms and I had the most fun in this one. It’s not objectively the “best” room I’ve been in but as an intermediate player I thought the puzzles were challenging “enough” but not too challenging although I definitely needed help from my husband who is more advanced but I liked the variety and tech and as always once upon and escape always has a lot of cool decor. Fun!

Fun game with multiple rooms to keep you moving and keep it interesting. Some unique puzzles. Best of the three games we’ve played here.
Enjoyed the gameplay. I felt like it had a good flow.
Lots of rooms kept it interesting.

I have to give props to a family run business with a fully themed location. The lobby, hallway to the rooms, the rooms themselves, and even the rules video all embrace the fairy tale theme. There were a couple of unique puzzles but there were also a couple that were so vague, that you knew that A had to go on B, or you had to remove C from D using E, but it was still not obvious how to accomplish it. The set wasn’t bad. The negatives for me were that the music/soundtrack was broken and playing a room in silence (and now being able to hear other customers talking in the hallway) really detracts from the immersion. One of the doors to a new area was open (or opened?) before we completed the puzzle that would’ve unlocked it. And there were only two GMs running four rooms, including getting groups in and our, resetting rooms, answering the phone, taking group photos, and trying to keep up with providing clues. They were definitely overwhelmed.

The soundtrack/music was not working, which really detracted from the experience.

Ugh, this room felt just on the borderline of meh and bad. I wouldn’t ever really recommend this game to anyone, especially compared to some of Once Upon an Escape’s other rooms. The room had fairly weak set design, weak puzzle design, bad flow, just, the definition of “bleh”.
Very linear, yet still struggles with flow, very easy to jump ahead. Lots of vague puzzles with little to no guidance.

Of all the fantasy driven rooms I’ve done, this is my least favorite. The clues and gameplay were pretty pedantic. We asked for help using the iPhone given and it took 3 minutes to get s response. A lock was already open in one of the room.

This was my 99th escape room. Easily the best family-friendly escape room business in town. I took my wife and four kids. We all loved it. I wouldn't say it was built for kids, because the puzzles were varied and challenging enough for enthusiasts of all ages, but it was definitely appropriate and enjoyable for kids. Here's what mine has to say: Girl (14): Immersive. There were enough puzzles for everyone to participate. Boy(13): I liked it. Clever puzzles. Boy (10): It felt like we really were in a magical forest. It was great and good to bond as a family. Girl (8): It was confusing in a good way. It was fun and cute, a great adventure.

It’s fun. The natural progression of the game required a lot of hints for my escape room buddy and I but in general we liked the room.
