Permanently Closed - Many mysterious disappearances take place in the small apartment building with 13 floors… No one knows exactly what is going on here. The story begins with Arend Ravestein, the inhabitant of the top floor. He kept to himself after the death of his wife and has not been seen since. According to many, he was suicidal and is no longer alive. Yet fellow residents still hear him talk regularly and inexplicable things happen throughout the building.
