This was a very fun game! The props were very detailed and in tip-top condition. The puzzles were very novel for us - many were tough but not impossible. We played with three adults with 9, 7, and 6 prior games experience (only half of them successes). The GM allows unlimited hints but we were trying hard to avoid hints. However, we eventually had to ask for three hints (two on the same task). This would be a fun game for the whole family, although three to four players is probably optimal because of space. We are eager to return to try another room soon!
The story was fun and the puzzles / tasks were all in theme. There were several puzzles I have never encountered but were super-fun.
The set design was authentic and in excellent condition.
The staff was very welcoming and wrote us a sweet note at the end to take home.
Particularly interesting or different
Yes
The decorations were like new and very authentic. The puzzles / tasks were completely in theme.
Everything was in theme and many puzzles / tasks were novel for me (my 8th game).
We had to ask for three hints (two on the same task) but the GM allows unlimited hints with no penalty.
Everything was very hands-on.
I think players will feel squished in the room if you have too many players.
The theme, decorations, and puzzles were very family-friendly. Kids would probably get a big kick out of the gold mine idea.

Accessibility
There were a few puzzles that involved color. Crawling is also involved (although I think there is a way around the crawl.) There was also a narrow area that might be tough for a wheelchair.
Parking
We took the trolley from the La Jolla / UTC area and the trip was extremely easy. There was a Padres double header at the same time as our game so we did not want to search for parking. But there are at least two pay lots nearby that I could see.
