This room is so much fun, definitely unique, and everything fits in so well with the theme. There is sooooo much to do, two stories, lots of: doors to open, riddles to solve, codes to decipher and put in, locks, and there are puzzles youβve definitely never seen before. It can be quite intimidating at first, and maybe even throughout. I mean, one of the workers let us know that it is their hardest room and it has 46! puzzles. So go with a group of 4-6 experienced players and donβt all focus on the same thing. Things can be done at once. We were a group of 4, just two of us experienced, and we made it out with only seconds to spare. It was very non-linear but everything just made sense after you thought about itβ¦ the props and overall setting were awesome. My one complaint is the same one I had for my other reviews here; there is a lot of noise from others in the rooms next to yours. So, it can be distracting. In addition, you likely will hear their hint sound go off and run to your hint board thinking itβs yours only to find nothing π

This room was MASSIVE!!!! Definitely too big for two people just because we were running all over the place. The room was like 7 in one and was absolutely amazing!! There were unique clues Ive never seen before and it was overall an amazing hit for the 13th hour.

WOW! This room was AWESOME! We were a little hesitant at first because we don't do the scary rooms. But, this room just has the creep factor, not the scare factor. With that being said, WOW! This room is amazing. I loved the immersion and puzzles were really great! I have done over 100 rooms at this point and some of the puzzles I saw in this room were new to me. If you are an enthusiasts and looking for a challenge, I strongly suggest this room! We were able to do it with 3 people, but it is a big room! We were moving the entire time which was awesome and not something we experience all that often! Very well done and this room has moved into my top 5 of all time!

You know a room is above and beyond when you want to go back and play it again. 13th Hour and The Grand Parlor live up to the hype!!! We completed this as a group of 2, but instantly wished we had AT LEAST a group of 4. There is so much to see and do that we did miss some pieces to certain puzzles and couldβve used more eyes to pick up on them. The only negative was that we felt rushed from the time we stepped through the door to the time we left. We never got a second to really appreciate the experience. This may be due to the fact that they are always completely booked especially on weekends (maybe try going during the week). THIS IS A MUST DO ROOM! 9.4/10

What a great room! We did this with two people and had to hustle as there was so much to do and see. :))

I really wanted to like this room but the entire experience was upsetting for me and my group. The staff looked like they didn't want to be there. Some of the props needed some refreshing and love. Several things were buggy and ambiguous. The one battery powered item needed new batteries. The ending was an "empty" disappointment and was confusing. I'm sure this was ahead of its game in terms of escape rooms once upon a time, but everything was just off.

absolutely amazing room, the set design kept you completely immersed in the room, your GMs are generally hands off only really helping when you ask. Its a bigger room and it seems so def donβt be deceived. be prepared for cardio cause you will be running around trying to solve puzzles everywhere you can see them. communication is VITAL for this room because you canβt always be next to someone when youβre reading out a solution.
absolutely amazing room the flow worked really well all around all the puzzles made sense
omg this room has to be one if the best I had ever played, the atmosphere pulled you in so well, the room had so many different parts to it and each part was super unique yet fit in perfectly for the story
if you saw my previous review on the Wizard of Oz room you theres more detail, I met the owner and he was very passionate about what he does and its very impressive seeing all that he had built for himself
Yes
absolutely the room is gigantic and theres so many cool parts youd never know what you were going to get next BUT the puzzles werenβt the worst to try and solve
very good, the way their rooms work (excluding Oz and the gate) all 8 rooms are connected through the over arching story of it being a house if a serial killer family, BUT each escape room is a different room in the house.
Hard
it was definitely hard, I didnt have the max amount of people, and we just barely made it out with 14 seconds left, it was definitely anxiety inducing, but the puzzles were complex but very fun
High tech
very high tech with a good mix of mechanical components. the moving parts to the room is what really makes it for me though, the creativity behind some of the tech designs was wonderfully thought out

definitely a room where you need all your best people, theres no way for you to get through all the puzzles with a measly little group. grab everyone you know for this room
Spooky
the atmosphere was spooky but nit scary, no jumpscare or anything but the energy in the room kept you tense

definitely not a room for kids, you should definitely leave them at home and have a date/friends night instead. like I said the room isnt scary but the atmosphere could unsettle kids, and worst of all reading comprehension is very important in this room in order to fully understand puzzles at times

lots of running around, by the end of it I was def a bit tired just based off the sheer size if the room
not wheelchair friendly, but no color clues, a fee audio clues, its always worth a call to ask though

for the most part, itβs a series of warehouses but the signs can be hard to miss

lots and lots of parking, not all of it is super close to the main entrance but its not usually farther than a 2-5 minute walk

An amazing room. Large and challenging. Really good set design and puzzles. Would definitely recommend playing with a larger group, at least a minimum of 6. My group was a team of 6 fairly experienced GMs and we won with under a minute left and using 3 clues.
