It’s like a scene right out of a cheesy horror film. It’s 1985, cell phones, GPS and 911 weren’t commonly used. You and your friends have gotten lost deep in the Florida woods. Now you end up with a flat tire and no spare. Against better judgement, one of your smaller female companions decides to venture off alone to seek help. Surprisingly, everyone else agrees that this is the best course of action. You have been waiting for your friend to return, but she hasn’t shown up yet. Everyone is feeling tired and thirsty, but she may be lost and in need of help. So, you and your friends head off into the woods to search. This is when you come across a very creepy cabin. Everyone agrees going inside and looking for a phone is the best idea. Or is it?

This game had several unique parts to it but also some faults. This room mainly gets it's difficulty from lots of anomalies and the challenges of seeing things and finding things in dim/dark areas. One thing I quite enjoyed about this room however were the really well put together decorations in the main area of the game and also the multiple jumpscares that make the game more fun. It definitely seems like this was the main priority in the game's development rather than the creativeness of puzzles and having a good flow of play. The ending of the game felt some what lackluster and rushed. One puzzle had a task that seemed very unnecessary as far as what you had to do and could make some feel light headed or nauseous so I definitely think this shouldn't be taken as something to just laugh about but instead make it more easily do able. As a whole I think this room needs some tweaks since it is still new and I think there could be improvements on certain puzzles and the audio in the room to hear certain things and also the game master was very poor. With some changes this room could be really great. If you are in town, I do think you should still try out this room because I did enjoy the game even with all the early issues. Most will enjoy this game as long as they aren't too scared of seeing some jumpscares.

I’m not a fan of horror rooms, so this was 100% not for me. There was no description online since it’s brand new, but I should have known from the name. I’m not giving a thumbs down due to the fact that the puzzles were still solid and my teammates had a good time. I pretty much just stayed in one doorway, then another doorway. Our GM, Zhana, was rad and usual and we were happy to see her when we walked in. It’s nice to have a warm welcome and she definitely provides that. Very respectful of our desire not to receive clues/hints without asking. We’re excited to see the other new rooms they build in this larger space.
Zhana was great, as always!
Scary
I’m not at all a fan of horror rooms, so this one was not for me. My other teammates enjoyed it.

Parking was the most difficult part of this entire experience. If you book on an evening/weekend, allow for LOTS of time to find space.
