Permanently Closed - After years of missing townspeople, horrific rumors, and sinister stories, the once successful and prominent farm was said to have been abruptly abandoned. It now sits as a row of run-down shacks. These dilapidated old building are all that remain of the old Buther Estate. Some say old man Buther was responsible for the murders. A few say he went mad. Other say, after losing his family, he packed up and left town. Those who know better, say he never left.
