Lab Rat

One of the best rooms I’ve done so far. All puzzles made sense with the story and were well designed. Some of the puzzles are challenging but everything you need is right there you just need to pay close attention to detail. Our game master was super nice and did a great job of explaining everything to us. 10/10 recommend!

I typically tend to do spooky/scary rooms but this one was so much fun! The puzzles were really good and the room design was fantastic. We went with a group of 6 and everyone had something to work on or do

Pure fun and joy! From the deeply-weird videos of the aspiring doctor Ratkenstein to the pun-laden set to the sheer tactile diversity of puzzles to the intense degree of teamwork, the game shows a rare degree of attention to detail at every stage. Puzzles are fair yet challenging, physical yet thinky, and abstract yet attainable. If you don’t smile at least 5-6 times over the course of this game (the bare minimum), you may want to consult your doctor. One small knock is how the final puzzle doesn’t require any actual thinking, only testing inputs; it’s a delightful prop to interact with, but it lacks the AHA! rush of many of the preceding puzzles. That said, this is a game that holds up against the hype! Be prepared for a hell of a good time!

Really good room with fun gameplay, theme and story but the room (props etc.) was showing it's age.

Creative theme with lots of humor. The puzzles were great, and the atmosphere was packed with details.

ok this room was so fun and interactive. the production value was on point! definitely need at least 4 ppl for this one. such a fun game definitely adding to my top 10! check it out if you’ve been thinking about it!

Of the 8 games I’ve played in LA as of writing this, this is absolutely my favorite game, thematically speaking, this game was flawless, the integration of the theme into the puzzles and everything was phenomenal. Some fun puzzles, nothing incredibly new, but just so much FUN. FUN really is the word to describe it too, it’s not too difficult, but it is just so much fun, everything done in the game seems to be done through the idea of “ooh you know what would be fun in an escape room”

Although there were a few mechanical difficulties with this gameplay, the game master was great and the atmosphere was absolutely stellar! Our team would play Lab Rat again !

Good, immersive room with unique puzzles and an interesting story. Note that even though it's a 60 minute game, the timer pauses when the plot-related videos play, to encourage you to watch them. Expect to be there for longer than 60 minutes.
