Not necessarily broken but we found a key towards the end of the game that we could not get to work. The GM came in to try and seemed surprised especially once he determined that it was the wrong key. We checked the location where we found it again and found another key. This was not normal. We confirmed with the GM. Fortunately it only slowed us down a little so not a huge problem
