I feel this room has A LOT of potential, its a really great room. The immersion was there, as well as the decor really fit the theme and was great. What wasnt so great was the way the game is played. Every puzzle is VERY TIME CONSUMING. Which could be fine, but theres also a constant side task that has to be completed to gain information to complete your main tasks that again is very time consuming. There is a lot of time wasted trying to gain information for puzzles that as well take a long time to try to complete. Granted the room does strongly recommend playing with a large group, because there is a lot to complete in this room, but regardless everything just seems to take a long time. Again these are very story strong rooms, you can tell how much effort the owner puts into the story telling and making sure the room feels like youre a part of the story line he’s telling, so if your doing a room to feel your in a movie or in a story book, this room will feel so fun. If your doing a room to complete puzzles and unfold the story as you go, you might get a little frustrated.

The room itself was AMAZING, some incredible mechanics and just really well done in general in terms of props, decor, etc. Our game host was not the most enthusiastic and tended to interject to tell us when we were doing something wrong, so make sure to mention something if you have an issue with that.

Really enjoyed the immersion of this room The hint system was one of the coolest hint systems I have seen in a game, the nonlinear style felt non linear all the way to the end which allowed space for creative thinking!! The room was set up well. The only thing to be aware of is there is a decent amount of reading which was my only downside of the room. I think this could be a 4/5 star game if the reading was toned back because everything else was logical and fun!!!
Game Play was smooth for a nonlinear game. The only drawback was it felt like there was a decent amount of reading that needed to be done to be successful. However all puzzles made sense and were logical for the experience.
Really immersive and neat room. Multiple rooms with a neat starting room and transition areas. No physical locks in the room
GM was the owner who was great!

Some of the puzzle elements I have seen in other escape rooms, but for players that don’t do many rooms this is a great room to experience many puzzles. There was one puzzle that I hadn’t seen before that I absolutely loved.

Such a FUN room!!! We loved it! There was a lot to do, but my husband and I were still able to get out in the nick of time. This is a room I’ve recommended to all our enthusiast friends!
There is a lot to see and do in this room. A few puzzles have a couple different ways to be led to them so have confidence if you’re looking at a clue that reminds you of something you’ve already finished.
The set design is very immersive and detailed.

Another high tech room of medium advanced difficulty. Recommended for more experienced players or larger groups. Part of a three room story line that you can do as part of the story but do not have to do the other rooms. Overall a fun room.

This room is very well done and extremely challenging. The room designer is amazingly detailed. You will be mentally exhausted by the end, in my opinion. The only negative with any of the these rooms, and I’m nitpicking here, is that the room designer enjoys using speakers. There is a lot of auditory listening involved and if you miss something, you have to wait for the entire track to finish and start over. This can be frustrating and really slow you down. Overall, I’d give this room an 8.5 out of 10.
They really do a great job with the atmosphere. One of the better places in San Diego

Very difficult. Definitely don’t do this one with less than 3 people. This is a great room for larger groups of 4-8. True to form, like the other rooms at Entrapment, this room is intricate and detail oriented and full of stimulating props, which makes it hard for people with ADHD

This is a hard room.. tons of stuff to do and you really must divide and conquer to win. A room where you may get distracted by all the things and figuring out where the puzzles are but has some nice moments. The only down side to this game is the hint/ narrative system is a phone that rings a lot and draws you away from the game. Sometimes it’s not always helping you in the game. I can see that lady leaving people in a sour mood if they don’t ultimately escape.

Just wow, the experience was so good. The narrative is really well done. If you play the other games here, there are easter eggs from them in this room. Not critical to have played the other rooms but some nice Aha and ohhh moments
