Suburban Serial Killer

This is the worst escape room company in FL. Avoid at all costs. For starters, we were greeted by a rude woman at the counter, who told us we were late (when we arrived 15 min beforehand as usual), then told us to wait in a hallway, and then forgot we were there. We actively heard them giggling about us from the back as well :). So far so good! We should have just left at this moment. The room was not good. The first part of it has 3 of the exact same locks so when you think you have a code, you have to try it in 3 different locks which just is annoying. A cool little surprise happens toward the middle, but this room cannot be done with 2 people in an hour. Mostly cheap props and puzzles that have no flow to them. Also, the final puzzle is a giant word search…seriously? The game master would take close to 3 minutes to finally give us a clue, and it would come through on an old and muffled microphone. After the time ran out, they literally told us over the speaker “okay you guys can go now”. Nobody greeted us. Nobody took our photo. Nobody said “nice job! You guys were close!”. Nothing. Absolute joke of an experience.

Good story and creepy feeling all the way through. No trouble with just two of us. Game master was great.

The first room was unnecessarily difficult. After the first room, it got easier. The puzzles weren’t very interesting and I left not enjoying myself and just escaping. I’d skip this room.

We really enjoyed the set up of the room, the multi levels made it even more immersive. As a true crime watcher, I very much enjoyed the mystery of it all.

This is an okay game. Focused way too much on pieces of paper and books you had to read. Not very interactive and the first room of the 3 is kinda bland. I like a difficult escape room but this one tries too hard and is difficult in very unenjoyable ways.

Definitely harder than I thought this room would be. We were literally down to the last minute in here and on edge the entire time. Interesting room that definitely has lots of surprises along with scares.

It was great there are 3 rooms and you have to find out where the missing detective is. It was amazing i highly recommend it

This room was so cool! The puzzles were subtle and well thought out. Very complimentary of the room itself. We did not escape because we spent too much time in the first room but, I would definitely go back and try again. It was awesome and the Game Masters there are phenomenal! Super nice!

Oh man! The game host was so much fun! The gameplay was great and well thought out. Many different aspects of rooms here, from locks to puzzles and everything in between. The interaction from game home making is a bit creepier was so much fun and made our experience that much better!

I really thought this game was so cool. I loved it. The rooms were so exciting to be in. I did think there were a lot of puzzles piled up at the end that made it difficult to finish in time, so feel free to use your clues early on in order to not waste the time you’ll need in the end. Even if you don’t finish, just seeing the rooms and setup is worth the experience.
