The layout on this one was great but a lot of the puzzles that you finish it isn’t obvious that you completed the puzzle and what was next. Not a very intuitive room.

Lots of unique interactions and props that matched the weird steampunk / alchemist aesthetic. A couple bits of tech were broken or faulty, unfortunately including the final puzzle of the game. The first act was fairly tedious and claustrophobic, sticking us in the smallest and least interesting of the 3 acts for 30 minutes. However, the fun and excitement really were amped up in the final 2 acts. Though imperfect, its ambition and creativity in parts are worth the early slog.
The first room is overall very underwhelming, but the second and third act make up for it in spades. There are lots of very clever and unique unlocks. One room reveal is one of the best I’ve seen. The props are very cool, and every puzzle uses very unique inputs.
After a fairly bland starting room, the next two rooms had some impressive and larger set pieces, including some cool screens and very thematic / interactive puzzles. Really, really cool.
GM was friendly, but the end of the experience was rushed, and it would have been nice to see how the ending should have been. Also, it was never clear to us how one prop was used, and we were never given the chance to ask.
Yes
Very prop-heavy and very novel.
There’s not a whole lot of story, but it’s serviceable!
Hard
Due to the unique nature of the puzzles, there is a lot of abstraction, searching, and connection-making required.
High tech
There’s only one traditional lock in here! Nearly every interaction is entirely unique, and there are many props and solves that I’ve never seen before.

With the exception of the first room, there is always something for at least two groups to do simultaneously.
Not scary
Yes
Sadly, the final puzzle didn’t deliver the last prop we needed, so the ending wasn’t quite the band it should have been. Additionally, a prop in the first room barely worked and was really had to discern.
No
Somewhat
There’s more to do than just type in codes, so you’ll be moving and interacting with a lot of props in unique ways.
Yes
It’s right next to the BJ’s.
Easy
Mall parking, so there’s plenty.

This was a weird one. Had alot of potential but I don’t think the triggers were working correctly, things would ding randomly and we weren’t always sure when we actually figured something out or not.
