As enthusiasts we felt we had to do the room. We were lucky to get a great group of 6. Any more than that would be too crowded imo. Puzzles were boring, story was absent. Room was pretty and in good condition. 4 out of 10.
Game was non linear, hardly any story other than the intro video.
Setting was pretty, in good condition. But no fun or exciting elements. Not immersive.
Staff was great, they actually stay in the room with you.

Fun to do an escape room on the ship. You get paired with other people which we’ve never done before. Will book up to 12 people for the room. Some were foreign which made communication difficult. A couple of them seemed to be working against us as they were just walking around the room playing with objects.
Fun and simple game. Good flow. Not too complicated. Cool to do one on a cruise.
Loved the details in the room

The room wasn’t the best because you are thrown in with other random people which makes me hard to communicate and work together with new people who probably don’t want to talk to you or are scared and only talk with their own group.

An escape room on a cruise ship! Worth doing for the novelty alone. Only $20 for a 50 minute escape experience. It’s a pretty high quality build with custom props and decor, and a surprising amount of tech. This is a public game with a maximum of 12 people, which is waaaaay too big for a game this size. Manage your expectations, and it’s a decent way to spend your at-sea days 🚢

Speakers didn’t work and he couldn’t raise the volume; when he explained how the one puzzle worked he said you got 4 from on thing, but there was only 3; the host also walked you through each time you found a piece of a puzzle - even though we told him not to do that and to let us figure it out on our own; the room was beautiful but the puzzles, hand holding, and cost for 30 mins of play did not level out. Definitely do not recommend!
