Permanently Closed - Defeat The Darkness. Find The Master Sword! Golden triangles that grant the wish of whomever touches them: this sacred relic is known as the “Triforce™.” The Triforce was left behind by the Golden Goddesses after they created the realm now known as Hyrule, then sealed away so that none would be tempted to use it. That is, until the Great King of Evil, Ganondorf, used his dark powers to steal the Triforce for himself. Responding to his unending ambition, darkness has begun to cover the land. If left unchecked, Hyrule will soon be completely controlled by evil. There is only one way to escape from this terrible fate: find the legendary Master Sword. It is up to you and your team to become “Defenders of the Triforce,” ally with Princess Zelda and the inhabitants of Hyrule, and obtain the Master Sword. The survival of Hyrule Kingdom rests on your shoulders. Your adventure begins now.

A great experience with a lot of actors. Some puzzles really had multiple solutions, so we lost on a last-minute technicality. Still a blast.
There were SO MANY ACTORS to interact with! This was deeply creative and entertaining.
Some areas looked a little cheap, but it oozed theme, so it was easy to lose yourself.
The staff and all actors were a delight.

The amount of actors to work with was huge. Plus, the way that you can alter how interactions go with across was really clever.
Just like a Zelda game! Expertly handled story!

Defenders of the Triforce was the first (and so far only) large scale escape experience I have had. It was held in a very large building and you started by sitting at tables with your team. Despite coming as a group of five, the game was sold out so we were seated with a stranger but it turned out to be a whole lot of fun. Though the game often involved solving puzzles on paper at your table, you would often have to go to curtained stations to deliver your answers or items. There were many different stations and characters you interacted with throughout the game and you were presented a Link hat and Master Sword to use in the game to make it more immersive. In was an incredibly unique experience and I would not hesitate to attend another Real Escape Game in the future.
