Overall not a good experience
Gameplay
Game play was nice, it flowed from puzzle to puzzle nicely.
Atmosphere
Atmosphere was okay, i never at any point felt fully immersed but that was mainly down to how we had to communicate to the Games master.
Customer service
Treatment was rather poor. We arrived to our booking 5 minutes early and we told we had to wait outside due to the current rules and regulations regarding covid. It was heavily raining and we had to stand out for around 7/8 minutes before being let in (this meant that that we were 2/3 minutes passed our booking slot) when we finally got let in there was no where to hang the jackets to dry. We were given a safety briefing and story that were pretty poor then we got sent into the room. A few minutes after we had already been in the room the games master comes in as they had forgotten to give us a walkie talkie to communicate. When we did have to ask for a clue the games master would reply “can you tell me what puzzle you are on and what you have figured out” so after a 5 minute conversation with the Games master we finally were given a clue. Then we we had finished the game the last puzzle was broken so we hadn’t realised we had completed the room.
