Overall, it was a bit disappointing because of the experience being only one room and most puzzles were locks on boxes. However, there were a couple really good tech effects/puzzles that I would love to see utilized in other locations. The theming of the room was great. A good choice for those new to escape rooms.
Gameplay
The main disappointment was how most puzzles were simple locks keeping boxes shut. But the objective was clear and the puzzles were not too difficult. Also there was only one room to escape from. Having played numerous multi-room experiences, it was a bit underwhelming.
Atmosphere
The tech used to design the room was pretty epic! I did love 3 contraptions specifically, despite the rest of the puzzles being basic locks.

The staff were polite and helpful.

We encountered one “jump scare” in the form of a “booby trap”entombed at the outset. But it wasn’t anything like the moderate thrillers I have played before.
