Christmas At Franklin's

We had an amazing time playing through this escape room! Josef was a great host throughout the experience!

Firstly the customer service was amazing. They catered to all my groups needs and were very accommodating and polite. I played all their rooms and they were all very well decorated. The puzzles were very unique as I hadn’t seen some of them before in other escape rooms. Brian was our host and did a great job keeping the atmosphere fun and different for each of the different stories in each room. He was very attentive to our games and made our experience so much better. I will definitely be back if they make any new rooms!

I went to Escape Room Era with a few of my friends (around the ages of 18) and we had a great time. We accomplished it was a challenging room with many puzzles that made it very exciting. I highly recommend going to at Escape Room Era.

Such a cute themed escape room! Definitely very fun if you want to get in the holiday spirit! Our GM made it very fun as well.

The is kinda like the second time I’m playing this room but not really. The first time it was Franklins Invention Room but now it’s Christmas. The customer service here is great! They’re all very welcoming. And it was great talking to the Owner David and watching him hosting one of the scary rooms. This place doesn’t have a lobby so their set-up is just the top of the stairs that is shared by neighboring businesses. This room was cute. A good low budget family friendly experience. The reactions we were getting from solving some of these puzzles were great and definitely a lasting memory. I really liked how they incorporated classic Xmas decor into a puzzle.

I love Christmas, so this room was on the top of my wishlist once the holiday season sparked. The storyline was a bit random and one of the red herrings was a bit out of left field, but this room was still a blast! It got me into the Christmas spirit and at the end there was an escape room dog that I can appreciate.

Cute concept! Some parts were confusing at first but we got it with a little extra brain power! We also got to pet a dog at the end!!! Super fun and cute to get into the holiday spirit!

Thought the room was really cute and well decorated! Perhaps on the lower quality side of props but the staff made it so fun and loved the theme!

Josef was a great host for all of our games, which was expected since he shares my name 😂.The hide was a great experience, me and my group have done tons and tons of games in the area like Zoe, and this one topped them all. We came back for the overgrown and Christmas and both of them proved worth our time, we loved all 3 games and anyone looking for a good escape room should make sure they experience escape room era.

A pretty easy, linear room. Honestly kind of mediocre. HOWEVER, my group ended up having a fantastic time and a total blast solving the puzzles together and going along with the ridiculous storyline of the room. The ending actually made us laugh pretty hard, simply at the ridiculousness of it. Just funny. So if you are looking for a simple, silly, and lighthearted room, I would recommend this one. Especially good for kids.
