This was my first escape room and had a mix of easy and more challenging puzzles. Most puzzles were able to be completed in any order. The puzzles were mechanically simple but still satisfying when completed. The theme was a simple ghost one and the scenery was not phenomenal but well laid out. If you have time for only one room I’d recommend their cabin game but this is a close second.

The main prop/special effect was a bit finicky to work but was unique when it did work. Needed the GM to walk us through some troubleshooting a few times. While it needed some better instruction to work I feel the payoff was worth it.

Thank you for this review. Glad to have you on your first escape - The goal is to keep people playing! I'm sorry you weren't happy with the scenery. The building the escape room is in, is an old 1800's house, we choose to keep everything the way it was built since it is considered Historical Building in Breck. The ghost/hologram you trapped were actually from Breckenridge's History - every ghost you see and trap are actually people from Breck's History & all puzzles go with each person. You use a levitating table with active hand spots & Spirit Wheel to actually trap the ghosts/holograms. There are 2 keyed locks in this room the rest are magnets & go with the theme - all player controlled we do not push buttons in the back. It took $60k to design and make this just this adventure.
