Escape from Mars

Fun room! Cool concept and I love that it had many rooms all capturing a different theme within the main theme. Cool special effect to end it. Puzzles were not too easy/just right for me. A balanced mix of key locks combo and tech. We showed up early and as a result the staff rushed to set up and missed a piece/had to reset us and gave away a puzzle. One puzzle at the end had a mechanical failure so a door popped open that shouldn’t have. Good game tho especially if all properly working.

Very straightforward and simple. Unfortunately not all the puzzles were reset. (We did show up 25 minutes early and that surprised the GM). I enjoyed the size and multiple rooms. Good game for beginners but experienced players will have no issue flying through without hints.

A better experience than anticipated. Some original puzzles and fun space themed aspects I haven’t experienced elsewhere yet. Relatively simple but nothing wrong with that.

Puzzles were an appealing balance of style, variety, and difficulty. In the way that you can look back on your work from 10 years ago and see the triumph for what it was at the time (while recognizing how much you’ve grown since) the set was perfectly serviceable. Our GM was affable and attentive, and readily explained how to correctly solve a puzzle we ended up bypassing.
