There were broken props, and in one case a clue that was encased in the set just fell out and fell on the floor. We couldn’t get a response from the game master when we needed help/clarification on whether a prop was broken or was it supposed to move like it was. Overall would not recommend this room.

Set design was good, theme was good. Many props were broken or ill maintained and GM did not care when broken props limited our ability to escape.
Customer service
Game master with young teen with no interest in escape rooms and treated us like we ruined her day by showing up.
