Ladies and Gentleman, welcome to the Downtown Bethlehem historic Ritz Theatre! Here you will find a star commemorating the theatre's beloved actress, Lily L'Amour, who mysteriously disappeared at the height of her career in 1921. Coincidentally or not, her understudy, Minnie Mala, met her untimely death just one night later. The elevator will take you to other levels, just be sure not to stop at Lily's old dressing room. After Minnie's death, strange things began to happen there, and several aspiring actors have gone missing without a trace! Can you uncover the mystery and reverse the curse, or will this be the last tour of your lives?

The Haunted Theater is an exercise in classic escape room game design. There wasn’t a single moment that made me go “wow!”, and the set was far less convincing than it could have been, but there were many nice little moments and successes. The game required no hints as everything flowed perfectly, although some puzzles were remarkably less complex and fun than others. It’s not worth a special trip, but it’s a perfectly enjoyable game on its own with a few surprises.
Very classic escape room style. Some puzzles were fun, some were average. Everything solved cleanly.
While it wasn’t a pretty room, it conveyed ghostly theater well. Some elements, like a printed mural, stood out in a bad way.

Wow this room was so neat!! I would complete again with the amount of puzzles there were and only having 4 people there are stilll a room full of puzzles I wasn’t involved in solving. I loved the elevator that takes you too the room! What a cool Erie, touch kind of like tower of terror and Disney World vibes. They really outdid themselves with this room.
Alittle confused what we were looking for to finally escape.
Hard
Hard to expert just due to the size of the puzzles and the intensity and lengthiness of answers to keys and puzzles.
High tech
A lot of interactive parts

This is, hands down, my favorite room at this location. The Haunted Theatre has a scary horror theme but shouldn’t deter you if you don’t like anything that will frighten you. My friend who hates everything horror did this with us and liked it. The setting of a 1920s theatre is excellent and gives a feel of a room lost and abandoned for 100 years. The puzzles are challenging, and the props feel Authentic for the time. This room is a must if you go to Captured LV escapes Bethlehem Location.
My Favorite room at this location. The theme was great. The room is a lot of fun and flowed well.
The horror theme is spot on and impressive. The visuals, look of the room, and music playing in the background is excellent near perfect immersion. You fall like it’s a 1920s room lost in time.

this is a harder room, its tough to get started at first, especially when you’re absolutely terrified but it was extremely immersive. I was absolutely terrified of a few things in the room but the puzzles were fun and very interactive. we were very close to making it out, maybe another minute or so and we would have been out of there.

When I played back in early 2020, I was with one friend and mixed into a group that was just out for a fun day on the town and this was just one of those rooms where it did not matter who you were with or how you knew each other everyone worked together for the good of the room. It was a great time and I will always recommend it!
Has the theater atmosphere any theater kid will truly value and the scares so go along with it are just as fun
Our GM was very entertaining and enthusiastic

The jump scares (no live actors) really added to the immersion factor

“The game itself is a spooky time capsule taking you back to the 1920s. “
“One of our favorite moments was when no one wanted to be the brave one to interact with a prop.“
