“Easily one of my favorite rooms. The split start was a nice touch, and having to crawl through the tunnel was unique and fun. Communication with your partner/team is key in this one, you won’t get far at all without it. We did it just fine with only two of us, but I could see why some reviews say you may want more. Story was amazing, set design was amazing, just an unbelievable room!”

“Absolutely mind blowing IF you know what you’re getting yourself into. This is NOT an escape room in the slightest. It’s an immersive, interactive art exhibition. There’s no puzzles to be solved, and while there technically is some “gameplay” you can take part in, none of that is the point. Just wandering around the place, taking everything in, and exploring is the main purpose of this place. It’s beautiful, it’s incredibly detailed down to the last inch, and it’s massive- I legitimately got lost multiple times throughout my visit. There’s tons of rooms, characters, and spaces, cavernous multi-level chambers, and more secret passages than Hogwarts. I cannot believe a place like this even exists and I absolutely cannot wait to go back.”

“Easily one of my favorite rooms! The theme and set design were top notch. I love the sense of progression as you move through the train. Quite a few different puzzles I’ve never seen before which kept it super interesting throughout. Looking forward to doing more rooms here.”

“This was my favorite of the two rooms here. Definitely challenging but we still managed to escape with two people. Like the other room, the puzzles and solutions were creative and the room designer didn’t stick to the typical “find a code, open the lock” tropes that a lot of rooms rely on. The play through was fairly linear and easy to follow while offering enough red herring solution methods to keep us on our toes. Would definitely recommend.”

“Best room in colorado. Was the first group to ever play this room when it opened years back and the technology and puzzles in this room still hold up to be better than most rooms today. If you are in the area, play this room!”

“This is now one of my favorite rooms! So many unique and challenging puzzles, and just when you think it’s over, the surprises keep coming. Loved the set design atmosphere. A couple mechanical issues, but didn’t take away from the experience. Definitely enjoyed this room a lot.”

“Lots of reviews will say the same things I will. Our favorite at this location. It's a small space but doesn't feel like it - they do a fantastic job of fitting a ton of content. The puzzles are well integrated and a lot of fun to play through. Definitely would recommend if you're in the area.”

Denver is a beautiful and entertaining city with many fun things to do and see. Some of the most popular attractions in Denver include the Denver Museum of Nature and Science, the Denver Art Museum, and the Denver Zoo. The city is also home to many professional sports teams, including the Denver Broncos, the Colorado Rockies, and the Denver Nuggets. Additionally, Denver has a thriving food and drink scene, with many great restaurants and breweries to choose from. Overall, there is a lot to see and do in Denver, making it a fun city to visit.
Remember those point-and-click adventure games where you’re locked in a room and have to solve puzzles to find the key and escape? Those online games were the original inspiration for the live escape rooms you’ll find all across the world today. An escape room is an immersive experience where you (and your team of 2 or more people) are locked in a room with a series of puzzles for 60 minutes. To escape and win the game, you have to look for clues, solve the puzzles, and find the key. While most escape rooms only give you 60 minutes to complete the challenge, others may have shorter or longer time limits. Many venues are private rooms where you and your team are the only players. However, some places may pair you with other groups who booked a slot at the same time. And don’t worry about getting stuck, asking for hints on a difficult puzzle is totally normal. While the original escape room (created by SCRAP in 2007) had a fairly simple aesthetic, today’s escape games often take you into a different world. Artistic set designs, secret doors, and unique interactive elements are all part of the fun. It’s like an adventure game that you can interact with in real life. But if you’re hoping to preview any rooms before you book a game somewhere, detailed images and videos can be hard to find. To keep the puzzles a secret and preserve the experience of seeing the room for the first time, most venues only offer a few photos or a short trailer about the room’s theme or narrative. The only way to know what it’s like is to go and try it for yourself!
