Bros for Life: Fraternity HeistThe Escape VenturesEscape roomIRLThis escape room wipes the floor with just about every other room I’ve done. The story and puzzles both were engaging and enjoyable. Did it with 2 people, sweet spot is probably 3-4. Big shout out to Char! She was an awesome GM and made our entire experience even better.
Captain Spoopy BonesDoldrick's Escape RoomEscape roomIRLWe left and immediately booked the other 3 rooms for the next day. Doldrick’s did not disappoint at all with this room. Every puzzle made sense and had a specific purpose in the game.
PlaygroundThe Escape GameEscape roomIRLI really enjoyed this room. I would’ve enjoyed it more if it were a private experience. I played it twice and both times, it was kind of ruined by the other party. The first time, I booked with my gf. A few hours later, a group of 8 booked into the room with us. We left feeling very disappointed because we weren’t able to do anything and didn’t get to see all of the puzzles. This location has a other rooms, all of which are great as well and have less demand.
DreamEscape Artists OrlandoEscape roomIRLCool and unique concept. No props. Every item touched was a puzzle piece. I don’t like that they make you buy 3 tickets as a minimum, especially because there isn’t enough stuff for 3 people to do. We had two people, and it was a bit much aside from having an extra brain. You only really need one person doing things at a time. The set idea was impressive, the execution could have been better. Sometimes we had to input things multiple times in order for it to register.
The Video StoreDare 2 EscapeEscape roomIRLSuper cool concept with a very solid execution. Every game at this location has absolutely hit it out of the park. I love that there is a cohesive and consistent story that ties each room together. Big shout out to our GM, Natty. They made the experience that much more memorable.

Prison BreakThe Escape GameEscape roomIRLThis was the first time I did a split start game and I really enjoyed it. I think it’s such a cool concept to have players in cells. It was executed very well.
The ArchiveDare 2 EscapeEscape roomIRLThis room was awesome. Definitely had some pleasant surprises. Relied heavily on teamwork and communication. Set was amazing.
AvalancheMaze Rooms - Robertson BlvdEscape roomIRLHonestly, total waste of money and time. There are many good escape rooms in SoCal, go to one of them. This company has better rooms too. There’s a nonsensical twist that wasn’t very well thought out or executed. Cool idea, but they ruin it with the second room and everything after that. The puzzles could be better throughout as well.
At Odds With The GodsThe Escape EffectEscape roomIRLWithout a doubt this room was the most cheaply made room I have ever seen. It seemed so thrown together. We played this to get a feel for the place before doing A Knight To Escape. This room immediately turned me off of any future endeavors with this company. One would think that with the hefty price tag, they’d actually spend some of that money on their rooms. Some of the puzzles feel never ending and the game itself is so nonlinear that you will most likely spend the entire time trying to solve a puzzle that you don’t have the pieces for yet. Heads up, the game master will probably let you do this for a good 15-20 minutes before telling you that you don’t have everything you need and that you need to solve a few other things first.
