Stash HouseStash HouseEscape roomIRLThe room was fun, but the GM did not start us off with the enthusiasm we normally receive at other escape rooms. The puzzles were challenging, but our group was large and full of experienced players so we ran out of things to do at times. If your group is very experienced, I recommend keeping it on the smaller side to keep it challenging.
The 13th BasementThe Exit Game AnaheimEscape roomIRLThis was my first escape room experience, and I have to say it was pretty great! The puzzles were a good level of difficulty, and the story was engaging. Also, the owners were lovely and answered any questions we had after and even offered recommendations for other local escape rooms!
Dr. Hader’s Cartoon WorldScenario Escape RoomEscape roomIRLThe game was super fun, but story could have been slightly more cohesive. The puzzles were challenging, yet not impossible. We were impressed with the staff here! Not only were they super helpful and engaging, but they even recommended other rooms they’ve enjoyed in the area!
Escape the Darkest Hour: Torture ChamberMission Escape GamesEscape roomIRLThe puzzles were difficult, but definitely manageable! Set design was awesome and staff were amazing. I was nervous to go to a horror themed room, but it wasn’t too scary to the point where I couldn’t focus on the puzzles.
Escape The HydeoutMission Escape GamesEscape roomIRLI loved this room based on the theme alone. The puzzles are difficult, and the flow is not so great in my opinion. BUT. The Game Masters at Mission are super friendly and helpful when you need hints. Set design was awesome!!
