Storyteller's SecretBoxarooEscape roomIRLOne of the most impressive rooms out there. Might be my top fave out of 45 so far! The concept and goal is so different. The set design is on a different level. The puzzles are clever and it flows well. It definitely transports you into the themed realms it’s meant to. There were times I was mesmerized and had to remember time was ticking! 😂 I HIGHLY recommend this room if you are in Boston or if you travel to do escape rooms. It’s a MUST-DO!
The Body ShopRed Fox EscapesEscape roomIRLVery, very clever theme dichotomy here! Set design was really cool and there were definitely unexpected things! Can completely understand why this room gets such high reviews and I really loved it all around!
The 13th BasementThe Exit Game AnaheimEscape roomIRLIf you want to do a horror themed room except horror isn’t your thing, this is your room! Not saying you won’t be scared but at the same time there is lots of humor too! The owners are so so friendly and went out of their way showing us around. So many cool puzzles and immersion was also great! And just when you think you’re done…. Loved this room!
Wrongfully ConvictedThe Escape RevolutionEscape roomIRLHands down one of the coolest, most unique rooms I’ve done. The immersion was amazing as was the set design. I want so badly to say all of the cool things and elements you will encounter but I don’t want to spoil the experience! Just do this room! We escaped with a team of 2 but 4 is definitely doable and probably better if new or inexperienced.
EscobarThe Escape RevolutionEscape roomIRLA lot of fun, definitely novel in some aspects. We escaped with only 2 people but if less experienced, definitely want 3-4. I enjoyed being able to do some things in here that you are never supposed to do (usually) in escape rooms. Flowed well. The puzzles were pretty cool and there were many different kinds. My piece of advice here is don’t get distracted and if you think it, go for it! Great choice for my 50th room and having done another of theirs, I knew it would be!
Mystery of the Magician's StudyBoxarooEscape roomIRLThis looked to start out a standard magician’s type room. However it was anything but. The puzzles were unique and clever and just a good mix of mechanical and tech. I definitely had a favorite part that I don’t want to spin so I won’t talk about it but it’s yet again something I’ve never seen in a room before! Definitely recommend playing this one!

AmnesiaQuest Room - Redondo BeachEscape roomIRLDefinitely a different room with things and plot twists I wasn’t expecting. I enjoy this type of theme and the puzzles were creative. There is a live actor (made known ahead of time) but they don’t touch you. Set design was particularly impressive in certain places. If you want a “take-home” experience, this is the room for you! 😉
Elevate: SkyloungeWild Goose Escapes - IrvineEscape roomIRLSwanky, upscale bar atmosphere? Yes, please! Set design and immersion were fantastic and mesmerizing. As in there were times I was like “snap out of it…you can ooh and ahh after you break yourself out!“ 😂. Flow was perfect and the puzzles were a mix of creativity that I personally appreciated. I truly felt like I was in the setting they were trying to convey and our team of 4 had the best time escaping and having our own private party while doing so. I mean why not? We WERE in a swanky lounge after all…😁 Highly recommend this room and this company too!
