Saving FrankensteinClockwise Escape Room - PleasantonEscape roomIRLThis was a fun theme - I definitely don’t see this type very often. There were sometimes that I was kind of confused by the flow, but had good nudges from the GM. Overall, pretty pleasant experience.
Zodiac KillerWild Goose Escapes FullertonEscape roomIRLI have to be honest, we failed the first time we did this room. We came back two weeks later to finish the room for a bit of redemption. Overall, this room was pretty challenging, very linear so groups used to multitasking are a bit limited. I like the theming and the GMs got really into it both times - but you can either amp up the spooky, or ask them to tone it down for those less fond of spooks.

This room has a LOT of puzzles, so more people is better, but we did ok with two and got some “extra time when the chief was away”. Challenging without being frustrating. Loved the theme, and was relatively easy to make connections while non-linear.
