Great, fun, simple room with a neat story. Definitely the best I’ve played with Maze Rooms, but their rooms haven’t always been that amazing. With all the amazing immersive rooms LA has to offer, it’s hard to recommend this over some of the others, but still worth the time.
Puzzles are fun. Not a ton of them. But each one is pretty great. You really need to THINK like you’re in the 80s for some of them.
Great environment. Effects were cool. Fun surprises. My only complaint is that Maze Rooms has always lacked the deeper immersion element. You walk into the room. No intro, just get started. Hints are just someone talking over a mic. If you like a good vanilla experience, this is it.
Yes
Fun story moments that you’ll want to experience yourself. There was a moment that we both went “Oh, Cool!”
The highlight here is definitely the story. Fun, mysterious, somewhat spooky.
Hard
Medium-hard, but it was just me and my little nephew. A few more people to help discover things we missed would’ve made it much easier.

Did it with 2, but maybe 3-4 would’ve been better?
Spooky
No jump scares. Just a couple spooky (but fun) moments.

No sign, second story in a small Los Angeles corner outlet. Almost couldn’t find it.
