It is dimly lit but they do let you know you can use your phone flashlight. I think one of the puzzles was triggered accidentally but it had no effect on gameplay. There is a lot to do and it flowed together very nicely

Loved the immersive experience, there were parts where I felt kind of lost but I think it was mainly due to the fact that there were no physical puzzles/locks to mark progress/gauge how done we were or what was next. I really liked the concept and it was really well done.

Yes, it was pretty clear and easy to figure out one clue/puzzle to the next

Atmosphere

Very nice set design with immersive design

Customer service

I could tell our game master was very new, but it didn’t ruin the experience for my husband or I at all.
