Murder Mansion
Countdown Games
Escape room
IRL
This room was amazing; I’d highly recommend it! The site ranked it as 10/10 difficulty, but my group of 4 comfortably beat it with a little over 8 minutes remaining. It was massive, with tons of puzzles, but the puzzles themselves weren’t any harder than in other rooms (there were just more of them). I really appreciated the creativeness and originality of this room. Despite having done 50+ rooms, there were still puzzles and concepts in this room that I’d not seen done before.

This room was absolutely amazing! The immersion, theming, game play, puzzles, everything — was just *chef’s kiss*. I can’t recommend it enough, especially if you’re someone who grew up with the Rugrats. Plus, the workers at this location were all super nice and friendly.

This is one of my favorite games to date! There are tons of puzzles, and group members can divide and conquer to tackle more than one puzzle at a time. This room was original, and the immersion was spot-on. I’d highly recommend this one!

As much as I wanted to like this room, I just..didn’t. The theming, immersion, and decor were amazing. However, after playing most of Countdown’s other games, this one just didn’t quite measure up. This one had a good bit fewer puzzles, and some of them were looooong. I had been super hyped to play this one, but was honestly a bit disappointed.

This is hands down one of the best rooms I’ve ever played. The attention to detail was amazing. The nostalgia, immersion, and puzzles were top-notch. I had a blast, beginning to end.

I loved the originality of this room. It’s in a facility that offers two escape rooms, in addition to axe throwing. The atmosphere was welcoming, the workers were all friendly and kind, and the theming of the room was unique and well-executed. This was a fun one. I enjoyed it so much that I booked their second room on the spot, and played it right after.

This room was extremely frustrating. I’ve done 100+ rooms and would easily put this one in the bottom 5. It was not intuitive and did not flow well at all. There were times I knew what to do but the mechanics of the task were too difficult and tedious to be enjoyable. Other times, I had to ask for help several times on the same puzzle because it just did not make sense. I really wanted to enjoy this game — it’s been on my wishlist for a long time and has decent reviews overall. But it was a very aggravating disappointment. I shouldn’t have to ask for hints for nearly every puzzle due to such large leaps in logic.

This room did not flow well at all. There were a lot of logic leaps, and I felt pretty frustrated for most of the game. The GM was nice though, and the facility takes videos and pictures through the game, which is something I thought was neat and hadn’t seen before in any other rooms.

This was a small, one-room game. It wasn’t bad but the lighting was really, really dim, which made it harder than it needed to be. I’m glad I did it but I left wanting a bit more.

I’m a fairly experienced player (have played nearly 80 games), and this was hands down the worst room I’ve ever played. It didn’t flow at all. The puzzles didn’t really make much sense, and the GM was terrible. She gave vague clues that didn’t really help (and in some cases, she made it worse because her “guidance” wasn’t correct/was contradictory). She seemed irritated that we even needed help at all. In most rooms, I rarely need to ask for any hints — maybe one or two nudges and that’s it. But in this room, we needed to ask for help on almost every single puzzle. Also, the room didn’t have a timer showing in the room nor did it have any sounds that helped you keep track of time. So in addition to it being a terrible room with a terrible GM, you had to keep track of your time yourself. Avoid this place at all costs.
