Poker Night at the President's BunkerThe Great Escape Room ChicagoEscape roomIRLSome of the puzzles were fun, the guy at the desk was welcoming and fun but our game master gave us more confusion than actual help when we asked for hints. The first hunt we asked for we were literally given the clue “it’s in the room”. Super unhelpful. As the game progressed the hints were equally unhelpful and you had to fight the loud music to even hear what the GM was saying. I love escape rooms, but unfortunately give this place a poor rating for overall experience. Puzzles were fine. Game Master needs to be better.
