    Nah this was bologna for real. We had 5-10 minutes left on a puzzle and solved it. The next phase didn’t unlock so we asked for a hint assuming we did it wrong. The hint verified we solved the puzzle correctly, but we double and triple checked. In fact, we used the rest of our time doing this puzzle over and over when we ran out of time, the puzzle master came in and after a few minutes, verified that we completed the puzzle correctly but told us the puzzle was finicky so it didn’t unlock the next phase. We asked for a few more minutes in the room but they said another party was coming and they could not accomodate(understandable). It was cool that they showed us part of the next phase but I feel like we really got some of our time taken from us due to the puzzle error. It would have been great if we had been offered vouchers for another visit. Because of this, I am very dissatisfied with this escape room and cannot recommend it.
