One of them seemed like she was having a bad day and was really grouchy and barking at us. Turns out that is part of the character she was playing. Some of my teammates were getting pretty frustrated by her attitude so even though it was part of the game, that wasn't 100% clear until the end. I also didn't care for the theme. I was there for a birthday party so it wasn't my choice. The run decor or puzzles were good though.
Murder In LondonWunderland GamesEscape roomIRLThis had been one of our favorite escape rooms. We have done over 30 tons and this was a refreshing change. You won't have to deal with all the locks you are accustomed to, but the puzzles are fantastic, the set is really impressive and even the reluctant player we brought loved it so much, we decided to do the Wizard run right then and there!
The Time MachineMindTrix Escape Room GamesEscape roomIRLWe found our experience to be rather blah. The sound wasn't working and so the room was eerily quite except for us talking to each other. It wasn't until the end of the game that the game master told us that there were all kinds of sound effects we were missing out on and even some helpful recorded dialogue that we didn't get. Also, I think there was only 1 person working In the business because we kept asking for a clue and it took a good couple minutes before we got an acknowledgement. The puzzles were fine, but I felt like the storyline and energy was just lacking here. Unfortunately, I have no desire to come back and do the other 2 rooms at the site.
