Conundrum Escape Rooms - Arvada

So refreshing to play a Christmas-themed room that had nothing to do with finding a missing/hidden Nice List. Scrooge instead of Santa. And frankly, the overall story gimmick was really neat and my whole group loved the experience. Good blend of opening padlocks and other types of puzzles. Would 100% recommend!

Conundrum Escape Rooms – Lakewood

Overall, a solid room. One thing that’s less apparent from the story on the website until you get playing is that it’s lightly comedic. Yes, there are stakes and it’s somewhat a serious situation described, but the character of the antagonist is played as a bit less menacing and a bit more bumbling - which is NOT a complaint, it was fun and made us all laugh, but I think we were expecting a straight horror/suspense room and got a bit more PG-13 YA villain. Again, totally fine, zero complaints, just understand it’s more light-hearted than the summary may lead you to believe.

Every escape room. Every haunt. Ever.

Vast majority of the gameplay was smooth and enjoyable.

Atmosphere

The atmosphere was solid, definitely evoked the story we were told.

Customer service

Mallory was awesome and we felt very welcomed!

Parking

Easy

It was a not-busy day and we only had to fit two cars, so we had no trouble.
