    This was a really interesting game. The first room was well themed and spooky with the atmosphere. The game kind of loses its story a bit going from room to room but there are definitely some “Wow” moments that are fun. Now, as much as I loved the room, our experience was greatly hindered by the game master stepping in to help us with almost every puzzle. Almost to the point where I was ready to just leave the room. I get wanting to help us to finish the room which is appreciated, but we couldn’t even work through a puzzle without the GM stepping in.

    This room beat my expectations. The story and concept were fun and different. The gameplay and puzzles themselves weren’t too difficult, but overall they made sense with a few nudges. If you’re in the area, definitely recommend over Ninja.

    TEV always knows how to bring high levels of immersion and escape games together in a totally seamless experience. Beautiful sets, fun and innovative puzzles, great actor interactions. This game has it all and another home run for the TEV team!

    Overall the experience was fun. The room was challenging and the puzzles were of a wide variety. I recommend this room to intermediate players.

    This room was your average escape room experience. Puzzles weren’t too difficult and the set design was decent. There were some nice surprises that I enjoyed. The story was not the best nor easiest to follow. Story could use some touching up.

    Having played all 4 Basement games in California, I had an idea of what this game was going to be like, and had hopes that this Unhinged version would be different than the original Basement. I was very happy to find out they definitely amped up the scare factor and it’s completely different from the original Basement game. There were very unique puzzles that I have not seen before. We did not escape but were pretty close. I do feel that this should be a 60 minute game, not a 45 minute game with the amount of puzzles involved. That’s the only critique. Very tough for a group of 2. Still had a great time though and highly recommend if you enjoy a scary game! Game master and actor were also great!

    We played 2 of the games, this one being our favorite of the 2. Fun game with some fun puzzles and tech. There were some puzzles that felt that they had a few logic leaps or took too much time, but nothing to get frustrated about. We enjoyed our experience here and would recommend this game to those who love games where there’s a lot of exploration. The owners are awesome! They showed great guest service to our party!

    This was a great, well themed room. Puzzles were not too difficult but fair and fun. Overall a fun room.

    The game started out pretty nicely. Set design was standard and on par with Escapology. Puzzles seemed to flow nicely at first. Halfway through, the flow got very janky. Some puzzles that we solved didn’t properly open drawers which led us to search around the room and waste time looking for something that we should have been able to see as soon as the puzzle was solved. Like everyone else with the map/footprint puzzle, those 2 things did not correlate at all and felt very clunky. We were also bypassed the easy/hard puzzle after “taking too long” on it even though we were in the process of solving that puzzle.
