The Chesapeake Bay ButcherColonial Escape RoomEscape roomIRL9.9/10 Easily one of the best blendings of the escape room and haunt industry of all time. When they are adequately staffed, this room is a nightmare (in a good way). I have played the room 3 times with three different groups of friends and I have watched 4 more groups play this game in the theater that have set up. After 7 interactions with this game in 1.5 years, I’m still excited about it and keep getting people to go back. First, it is a massive space and every inch is well used. Second, the scare is truly horrifying. Beyond touch you, I’m not sure what else they could do better to scare you. Third, the story is so great and the theming literally feels like Resident Evil 7 in real life. Go do this room now.
Train RobberyCyber Raccoon Escape RoomEscape roomIRL9.6/10 This was a very innovative game with a very creative ending! Certainly not what I expected from this game. Good theming, puzzles, and good use of technology in a room themed in the distant past.
8-bit EscapeRavenchase: Escape Room HerndonEscape roomIRL9.6/10 So good I played it twice. The amount of creativity and work to make the mechanics of this room feel like an 80s kids basement was amazing. Definitely lots of nostalgia, but also just some really cool gameplay. This is the room that was recommended to me to even come try out ERH and they’ve been my top location ever since.
The DollhouseBlack Cat Escape RoomEscape roomIRL8.0/10 Decent room. It was creepy, but i was expecting scary. Some of the puzzles were a little too obscure and some were skilled based as the equipment provided was not reliable. The story was neat and it felt like a very long experience, so it was time we’ll spent.
The Stray Cat SpeakeasyBlack Cat Escape RoomEscape roomIRL9.2/10 Neat that it had different levels of difficulty. I’m glad we did the most difficult. It was a lotmof back and fourth which was kind of refreshing to utilize the WHOLE space well. Very well sized and a neat them. Cool use of technology at the end.
Maritime MutinyRavenchase: Escape Room HerndonEscape roomIRL9.4/10 Very immersive game and very fun. The bonus puzzle was a nice touch because we zoomed through the room in under 30 and the bonus puzzle helped us fill the rest of our time. This is easily the best pirate room I’ve ever done and some of the best thematic elements and surprises I’ve seen.
The Graverobber's DilemmaRavenchase: Escape Room HerndonEscape roomIRL9.3/10 This game certainly had some unique twists and turns and definitely played up the creepiness. I wished it was just a tad more scary, but still a great time. Definitely be ready to have your phobias played on.

The AtticEscape2WinEscape roomIRL9.8/10 Amazing room. Great use of the of the space. They found really neat ways to turn the mechanics of the room into part of the story. They definitely thought outside of the box for some of the elements. They did something I haven’t see in any other escape room in nearly 70 games over 7 years and it blew my mind with how simple, yet cool it was. Adequately scary, but not terrifying. Neat story and thematic elements.
Lunar LockdownEscape2WinEscape roomIRL9.3/10 We ZOOMED through this game! It was a lot of a fun. Nothing seemed out of place or outside of the story. The technology was very cool. A few items struggled to work, but they let us know me ahead of time there were some technical difficulties. Tons of fun!
