Sal's Cybernetics
The Immersive Machine
Escape room
IRL
Sal's Cybernetics has to be one of the best rooms I've ever done!! The owner (Scott Levy) was nothing short of the best owner I've ever talked to, customer service was 10/10 and I'd go higher if possible. Scott opened his place up, past closing hours, just for us, because we had family in town and my uncle wanted to do Sal's for his 100th. As for the room, nothing short of outstanding. The game flowed exceedingly well, use of space was awesome, and creativity was one of the best I've ever seen. Not only was Scott nice enough to let us walk through the room after, but he was also willing to answer our questions and show us how some of the effects and equipment worked. Then on top of all the generosity he had already shown us that day, he gave my uncle an escake since we were celebrating his 100th room! I think one of the reasons Scott is such an amazing owner is the fact that he himself is an enthusiast. Most places I've been to do it more for the money and less for the experience of the customer, The Immersive Machine was quite the opposite!! I've never felt so immersed in an escape room more than this one! Definitely a must do if you're in the Phoenix area! P.S. I would die for Toasty.

Absolutely incredible room! There's a perfectly good reason why it's in the top 100 rooms in the world! Everything about the room was a pleasant surprise and super creative! I went with a group of 8 and definitely would not recommend. 3-4 players recommend 5 at the max, so that you can be as immersed as possible during this fantastic experience. Definitely planning on doing it again just so I can understand the brilliance of these puzzles!!
Big Top Circus
North Valley Escape Room
Escape room

This room is an absolute must do if you're in the Phoenix area! I love this room so much!! Big Top has a variety of creative and fun puzzles that require some thinking and some physical ability. It was definitely one of the older rooms and more of a later Gen 1 or early Gen 2 but it was still an amazing room! This one was probably around my 10ish mark for rooms and it was probably the first or second really good room that really awed me. Loved the room and would definitely recommend!

This one we had been really excited for and anxiously waiting for it to come out. The set was absolutely extraordinary and was very impressive, HOWEVER, the story was bad, none of us really knew what the point of the room was and only really knew part of the end goal. We thought it'd reveal more over time, but it didn't. Other than that puzzles were creative and a good use of space, they definitely used a couple of puzzles I hadn't seen, or hadn't seen in a while. Props to their staff, they're always very helpful and pleasant to talk to.

Truly an amazing room!! Definitely one of, if not the best room in Utah. It's a bit of a drive from SLC but it's 100% worth it. The story was super immersive, they had a couple of effects that really added to the room, including some props that made the room just feel bigger than it actually was. Puzzles were intuitive and made sense, also really creative and an excellent use of space, I have nothing but respect towards the attention to details. The owners took multiple weeks fixing things to make the room just right, and it showed! The owners were super generous and kind towards us and our group, and I really look forward to doing another of their rooms soon!
Lost Pyramid
Memphis Escape Rooms - Downtown Memphis

Super awesome and fun room!! Definitely recommend! Me and my uncle did this room by ourselves, and it was a blast! Definitely a little tricky and required some thinking, but overall a very creative room! Flow was good. Puzzles were creative, and set and props were super realistic and fun to interact with.
Confinement
Red Door Escape Room
Escape room

I played this room a while ago, so things might've changed and been fixed, etc. But from my experience it was a below average room, it was okay, at times it was really frustrating just because the leaps logically were just really unintuitive and didn't make sense. Another thing to note is one or two puzzles were broken and wasted like 5-10 minutes of our time just because the puzzle was broken, in the end it was more the room not being logical and intuitive rather than it being hard, which was frustrating.
Detention
Key Quest

It feels kinda harsh to criticize a room as much as have for this one, really just a bad room overall, felt like you got locked in an office and you had to get out. No story, no immersion, easily one of the worst I've done. Then again, there's that little bit of me that understands this wasn't a place made for escape rooms. But it still feels like a quickly put together cash grab, and it feels like it was meant for a kids b-day party, someone who wouldn't evaluate the room. Wouldn't ever reccomend for an enthusiast.
